Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders.
Can I place my order over the phone?
For security reasons, we do not take any payment information over the phone; however, please feel free to email us at hello@leobenco.com if you have any questions about placing your order.
Can I pick up my order from your office?
What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
This rarely happens, but if it does, send us an email at hello@leobenco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the damaged product and let us know if you are interested in a refund or a replacement. Please be very careful with broken glass.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, please send us an email at hello@leobenco.com if you think you have received a damaged or defective candle.
What if I want to buy a candle that isn’t on your website?

How do I prevent my candle from tunneling?
We recommend burning your candle long enough to liquefy the entire top layer of the wax, which can take a few hours. Allowing the candle to liquefy from edge-to-edge will keep the opening wide and prevent tunneling.
How do I stop the glass from turning black?
We recommend trimming your candle’s wick to 1/4” before every single burn. This prevents the soot build up which could be a fire hazard. Also, make sure no wick trimmings are left in the candle.

What is the best way to extinguish my candle?
We recommend gently blowing out the flame or using a wick snuffer. Never attempt to extinguish your candle using water. Never use the lid to extinguish your candle. Wait until the candle cools completely before handling.
Do your candles use essential oils?
Many of our candles include essential oils. We specify this on each candle’s description on our website.
What wax do you use for your candles?
We use a vegan soy wax blend derived from American-grown soy beans.
Where are your candles poured?
Every candle is poured in Huntington Beach, California.
